These terms apply when you browse or purchase from Egypt in Postcards. Please read them before placing an order.
Postcards and condition
Our store offers original vintage Egyptian postcards. Age-related wear, marks and imperfections may be present. Each postcard is individually listed with scans of both sides and condition notes. Please examine these before purchasing; you will receive the individual postcard shown.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in AED. Available payment options are shown at checkout. Your bank may charge currency conversion fees. Prices may be updated before an order is placed.
Orders
Availability determines whether an order can be fulfilled. We may decline or cancel an order; any payment received for a cancelled order will be refunded in full.
Shipping and delivery
Orders ship from the UAE in protective sleeves and sturdy cardboard envelopes. Shipping is AED 30 within the UAE and AED 90 internationally per order, regardless of quantity. Tracking is provided after dispatch.
Estimated delivery is up to 5 working days within the UAE and 10–15 working days internationally. Timing may vary by destination and courier. Any customs duties, taxes or import charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Returns and refunds
Because these are individual vintage collectibles, sales are final except for significant damage on arrival or a clear order error, including receiving the wrong postcard. Contact us within 3 days of delivery to report either issue.
Website content
Rights in our original website text and design remain with Egypt in Postcards. Please request permission before reusing protected content. Ownership of a physical postcard does not itself transfer copyright in its underlying image; any applicable third-party rights remain with their owners.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for carrier delays, customs clearance issues and indirect or incidental losses arising from use of our products. These terms do not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
